Lois Gail Qualls Hatcher passed away on March 14, 2020. She was a resident of Avinger, Texas for the past fifteen years after living over forty years in Florida with her late husband, Lyndell Loyd Hatcher and daughters. 

She was born on July 18, 1947 to Archie and Mary Qualls and grew up in Avinger, Texas. She graduated from Avinger High School in 1965, where she lettered in basketball, and went on to study at Louisiana State University in Shreveport. Gail and Lynn were married at the First Baptist Church in Avinger in May of 1966. She is survived by their three daughters, Wendi Gail Hatcher, Tracie Lynn Hatcher Ethridge and husband, Tony, Stacie Lee Hatcher Simons; six grandchildren, Ritchie and his wife, Jessie, Michael, Felicia, Tanner, Kalynn, and Wesley; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Maecie Lynn, Kaiden, Brinnly, Aidyn, and Maverick. She is also survived by two sisters and brothers-in-law, Connie and David Amox, Terry and Ralph Johns; nephews, Jason, Travis, and Colt; great-nieces and nephews; and boyfriend, Mike Elliot. 

She loved her family, the Dallas Cowboys, yellow roses and hummingbirds. She was and always will be loved and cherished. 

The family will hold a private memorial gathering at her home.
