Graveside services for Mrs. Georgia Beene, 60 of Hughes Springs, will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Woodlawn Memorial Park, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. Georgia Ann Perry Beene was born November 19, 1954 in Jefferson, Texas and passed away September 15, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Nellie Perry; son, Johnny Weasal Vestal, Jr.; and brother, Benny Perry. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Beene; daughter, Stephanie Echols; six grandchildren, Amanda Vestal Jones, Miranda Lowen, Cassandra Vestal, Kameron Vestal, Kensley Echols, Kaylea Echols; five great-grandchildren, Dallas Jones, Savannah Jones, Rance Jones, Holden Lowen, and Greyson Lowen; two brothers, James Perry and Eddy Perry; sister and brother-in-law, Jettie and James Munden; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

we had good times growing up, good times while our kids were growing up, really good times at the softball field. lol. even though i didnt see you often after the kids were grown, i thought about you alot. gonna miss ya, lady…love ya forever…RIP

Georgia was a student of mine many years ago. She was always friendly, cooperative, and respectful. I know she will be missed by her family and friends.You are in my thoughts and prayers. Carol Griffis
