As you closed the chapter of your life, I pray for your family to have comfort in knowing you are starting the amazing journey on the new chapter of eternity. R.I.P. Ray, I know we were only blessed to have known you a short time but blessed we were for having meet you!
I remember Ray well and Sunday's I went home with Sharon after church. I. Of course it was Pinecrest! I know you will be greatly missed.
I know he was much loved by his big family. My friend Kay Harmon is his niece and has told me so much about "Uncle Ray". God bless the family.
Bro. Ray was one of the most genteel Christian man that I was ever around. He had a passion for helping people, especially his customers from his appliance business. There's no telling how many of the small Gideon Bibles he passed out to those he met on this appliance repair rounds…..he would always offer a word of Christian encouragement and testimony to all he met. I thought that it was ironic that the Lord called him home on his birthday…..one of the best birthday gifts that I could imagine. Rest in peace Bro. Ray….your work on earth is finished.
A wonderful man of God who blessed others with his gifts and kindness
