Hughleon Burns

Services for Hughleon Powell Burns, 70, of Gilmer and formerly Avinger, will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 19, 2015 at Reeder-Davis Chapel. Burial will follow at Avinger Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. There will be a time of visitation from 6 until 8 Sunday evening at the funeral home. Mr. Burns was born February 21, 1944 and passed away January 14, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kermit and Lurla Burns. He is survived by one son, Franky Burns of Hallsville; granddaughter, Bailey Burns of Hallsville; sister, Shannon Ogden of Gilmer; as well as nuerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
