Services for Jackie Haley Bethard Allen, 87, of Longview will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, August 6, 2012 at Reeder-Davis Chapel in Hughes Springs with Pastor Tommy Campbell officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. Mrs. Allen was born July 22, 1925 in Scott, AR and passed away August 3, at a Longview hospital. She was a Homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents Oscar and Leora Haley; three brothers Melton Haley, Dean Grimmett and Walter Haley; a sister Ella Harding; and a grandson James D. Bethard She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law Wayne and Wanda Bethard of Longview, Don and Judi Bethard of Hot Springs Village, AR and Tony and Linda Bethard of Mt. Vernon; grandchildren Jarrell Bethard and his wife Denise of Frisco, Jeff Bethard of Hughes Springs, Chris Bethard and his wife Jennifer of Longview and Amanda and Mike Davis of Roanoke, TX, Tommy Fry, Donald Fry and Roxanne Yoder; three great grandchildren Justin Bethard, Raegan Bethard, Hunter Bethard, Aly Bethard, Kyli Parz, James Bethard, Lilli Bethard and Nate Davis. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Sunday evening at the funeral home.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I work for Colonial Village Retirement Home where she lived and cleaned her Apartment. She was always such a sweet person to me. She will be missed dearly.
