Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Candle 2I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Coach Crane was a huge influence on my life. Although we hated his tough love and strict regiments in athletics, we now know he was preparing us for life and the struggles it brings. We often laughed and talked about his tough love, but I always told him that he made us the persons we are today. May your soul rest in peace my friend.

  2. Candle 7Sending love and prayers to Barbara and family. John was my dear friend, as well as my classmate. I will miss him. I will always remember John’s and Barbara’s kindness when my husband, Ronald Farrar, passed away. Rest in peace, my friend.

  3. Sorry to hear about Coach! please know I am praying for you Mrs Crane and family. I know coach and dad are having a reunion right now!

  4. Candle 2I’m so sad to hear of coach’s passing. He had a big influence on so many people and taught us all the hard lesson of respect. But we are all better people for knowing him.

    • Coach Crane was good coach and it wasn’t until after I stop playing at LK, that I learned to appreciate him as a coach. I wasn’t his best player or even his favorite player but I’m thankful for the foot prints he left in my life. I’ve been coaching for over 35 years as a youth and high school coach and he was one of the reasons I started coaching. May you rest in peace Coach Crane 🙏🏾🏀💪🏾

  5. Candle 5Barbara, Russell, and family,
David and I send our prayers that God wrap his arms around you to provide peace and comfort in this time of sorrow. We have fond memories of John while we were at Pewitt. He was a fine man whose influence on young people’s lives is part of his legacy. RIP John!
