Services for Margaret Jones, 71 of Daingerfield, will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 4, 2015 at Next Level Pentecostal Church in Daingerfield. Burial will follow at Whitmore Cemetery, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. There will be a time of visitation from 5 until 8 p.m. Thursday, with a Wake Service at 7:00 p.m., at Faith Temple COGIC. Mother Margaret Louise Jones was the first of 12 children born June 10, 1944 to C.B. and Jewel Griffin in Modesto, California. Margaret's Aunt Evel raised her as one of her own until she was reunite with the family. Her parents, and (3) siblings; Patsy Ross, I. V. Griffin and M. C. Griffin precedes her in death. Also preceding her in death are 2 stepsons and a longtime special friend Ms. Willie Mae Fisher. Mother Margaret Jones matriculated through the Carter J. Woodson School in Seminole, Texas. Mother Jones was previously married to Richard Oates to which (3) girls were born, Carolyn, Shirley, and Charla who also precedes her in death. Mother Jones moved to Dallas, TX where she met a dear friend Mrs. Mae Otis Searcy. They were such close friends, that when her friend move home to Daingerfield, TX in 1968; Mother Jones moved too. She then met the Love of her life and were united in Holy Matrimony in March Of 1969 to William Jones. To this union 7 children were born; 3 girls and 4 boys. Mother Jones was a hard worker working as a housekeeper and for over 20 years she worked in the Healthcare Field as a CNA. On January 3, 1971 Mother Margaret Louise was reborn into the Army Of the Lord at the Faith Temple Church Of God In Christ - Daingerfield, TX under the leadership of Superintendent Love Charles Castleberry. She has been a faithful member and continued to be faithful through the leadership of Superintendent Alfred C. Key, Sr. and now Pastor Alfred C. Key, Jr. She was baptized in water and appointed Assistant Youth Church Leader in February of 1994, and later she was appointed President of The Prayer and Bible Band. In 2014 Mother Jones became member of the Mothers Board. She loved her Church and her Church Family; and was a friend to all who needed her.. Mother Margaret Jones leaves to Mourn and Cherish her memory, her Loving Husband, William; (5) daughters, Pamela Kay Jones, Pinkie "Kizzie" (Chris) Gray, Telitia "Shay" Jones, Virginia (David)Gray, Doris(C.D.)Rice; (6) sons Archie (Nakia)Jones, Frankie, William, Jr. "BeBe", Michael "Lucky" Jones, Charles, and Joe Jones; (5) sisters, Charla Griffin, Clydell (Ricky) McCoy, Clara (Duncan)King, Judy and Cathy Griffin; (3)brothers, Jessie(Ann) Griffin, Robert and Ronnie Griffin; (2) aunts, Stella Parks, and Katie Brown; (1) uncle, William Clay, Jr.; (2) sister-in laws, Emma Lee, and Linda Faye Oats; (2) brother-in-laws, Earnest and A.J. Jones; a Host of Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Relatives and Friends.

Dear Family I want to express my deepest lost of our dear mother and also my grandmother she now with her father in peace she will always be miss and loved and we light a candle in the lonely night look at the candle and remember that pretty smile of hers.
