Michael Louis Bowers

August 16, 1963 ~ January 9, 2017
Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Rosie Lee and Cleveland Bowers and one brother, John Hubert Bowers.
Michael leaves to cherish his memory, one brother, Cleveland Bowers (Sharon) of Phoenix, AZ.; two sisters, Cheryl Young of Houston, TX., Margaret Whetstone of Atlanta, TX.; nieces, Eva Bowers Williams (Jeffery) of Atlanta, TX., Tasharia Boagni of Houston, TX., Shawana Bowers, Ayesha Bowers, Tanay Taylor of Phoenix, AZ.; nephew, Jarad Pearson of Atlanta, TX.; great-nephew, Shannon Davis of Hope, AR.; two aunts, Bettie Watts of Houston, TX., Eva Jackson of Kildare, TX.; one uncle, Richard Washington of Charleston, SC.; his loving great-great nephew and niece, Kameron and Kambria Dickerson; his special daughter and brother in Christ, Serenity Richardson and Billy Johnson and a host of cousins and friends.
Services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 21, 2017 in the Chapel of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden with Pastor Burnice James, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Ferrell Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden.
Mr. Bowers will lie in state from 10 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
