I enjoyed the stories Mrs Nollie would tell me about back in the old days. I'll cherish the time I spent with her.
The minute I saw her maiden name, Viard, I knew she must be Miss Sallie Kate's sister who was my second grade teacher back in the early 1950's. She was wonderful, and reading this lady's obit, I feel it was a family trait. You are in my prayers as you reflect on this sweet lady.
We would like to express our condolences to your family. We heard some interesting and fun stories from your Benton family. Very sorry for your loss.
