Paul was a great husband, father, son, nephew, brother, cousin, friend, and so much more to so many people. To know him was to love him; he was kind, caring, selfless, and always brought light and laughter into any space he was in, embodying warmth and integrity.

What a man and what an amazing family. I’m blessed and honored to be able to say he was one of my best friends.
He was there for me in the best of times and the most challenging times. He had an ability to give it to you straight and just when you needed to hear it most.
He’s a model human being that most if not all should aspire to become.
Rest my brother because I know the Lord has plenty for you 👊🏾
Thank you and rest in peace!
It was shocking and heartbreaking to learn of Paul’s passing. I was fortunate to have met Paul at the start of my career; his professionalism and ability to engage with everyone in his sphere was an example I still try to emulate. He is one of the best people I have ever known. I am glad to have known him, worked with him, and learned from him. On behalf of Deanna and myself, deepest condolences to Barbara, Tamara and all those who held him dear.
Deepest Condolences to you Barbara, Tamara, & Family. Best of friendships & memories between us & our Families,
forged through difficult Projects – starting with that SF/OBB East Spans Retrofit when our eldests 1st met at 3 years old, ;). You were an Anchor, leader & role model, especially for our incoming & newly hired Field Engineers, & knew how to resolve issues with the Contractors tactfully, respectfully, efficiently – to the benefit of all.
Emmanuel: Means, “God Is With Us” – I know, it is you now, there, my Brother – along with all your Loved Ones that have preceded you.

Douglas and I are just heartbroken. Besides the fun and laughers at work on the SFOBB project, you are one of the few friends, who would discuss “God” with us. We appreciate the time shared working with you and your friendship. We will miss you so much. We trust that God’s timing and plans are perfect. Please rest easy and welcome us with your perfect smile when we meet again.
“Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.”
Love you so much. We will be praying for you, your family, & have mass prayer intentions for you.

You are my family and big brother. You have provided comfort and wisdom for many decades of the life. I know that even though you are with God that your strength and goodness continues in Tamara and Barbara, and even in a piece of me because of my time with you on this earth. You were a blessing to all who knew and came into contact with you. I know, too, that I will see you again. I know that you are gonna tell me the best yarn (because you could always weave a good story). And this time it will be about your time in heaven and who we should meet and speak to – who’s got game and who’s out doing God’s business; you’ll know it all. You are loved, my brother. I will miss you always and will do my best to be a source of caring and light for Tamara and Barbara as you always were for me.
Your sister, Nicole
