Services for Paula Darlene Dollar, 59 of Ore City, will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 2, 2015 at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home Chapel in Ore City. She was born December 20, 1955 and passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Paula got her cosmetology license and went on to become a registered nurse. She worked as an RN for many years until her health failed. She served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged. Paula was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Dollar; her parents, Curtis Preston Carroll and Esther Mae Hanson; and two brothers, Eddy and Gene Hanson. She is survived by her son, Stephen Reed and wife Michelle of San Antonio; step-daughter, Louann Mills andhusband Cody of Ore City; brother, Allan Carroll of Lewisville, Texas;Grandchildren: Kamron and Laney Mills of Ore City, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
