Ricky Lynn Bynum, 70, of Linden, Texas passed away January 15, 2021.  Mr. Bynum was born April 1, 1950 in Mineola, Texas to Robert Y. Bynum and Montie Alice Nash Bynum.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marsha Bynum; children, Rodney Bynum (Renee), Sheila Bynum, Kyle Bynum (Britney), Lance Bynum  (Joanie); twelve grandchildren, Alyssa, Reid, Karleen, Sydnee, Lilly, Chase, Karson, Madi, Cade, Brooklyn, Kaden and Keely; four great-grandchildren, Elena Rae, Emery, N.J. and Freya; two sisters, Yulane Richardson, Marcia Glaze (Glenn) and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Montie Bynum and one brother-in-law, Johnny Richardson.

Memorial services will be 6:00 p.m., Monday, January 18, 2021 at Pinecrest Baptist Church with Bro. Todd Elliott and Bro. Bryan Baggett officiating and under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden.

  4. So sorry! Ricky and I attended Daingerfield Schools together and graduated in 1968.
    I saw Ricky for the first time in many, many years at our 50 year class reunion.
    He was the same easy going gentlemen that I always remembered!
    Will miss seeing him and his family posts on Facebook.
