Roy Stiger

February 8, 1945 ~ April 26, 2017
Roy Stiger, 72, of Atlanta, Texas passed away April 26, 2017. Bro. Roy Stiger was born February 8, 1945 to the late Clint and Christine Stiger. Mr. Stiger joined the Roach Church of God in Christ at an early age. He worked for Caver Construction for 35 years as a heavy equipment operator and was a sports lover, especially his Atlanta Rabbits and Dallas Cowboys.
He is preceded in death by parents; eleven brothers and two sisters.
He leaves to cherish his memory, brothers R.D. (Heboy) Stiger and wife Thelma Jewell, Richard Stiger, Sr. and wife Ruby; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews; cousins and a host of friends.
Services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Richard Stiger, Jr. officiating. Burial to follow in the Shiloh Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden.
There will be a time of visitation from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m., Friday evening at the funeral home.

So Sorry to hear this!! Mr.Roy was one of My Favorites when I was working as a Nurse. He was a Good Man & will be Missed. :'(
