Sheryl Fisher

Sheryl Royal Fisher was born to the parentage of Luther and Justine Bruce Royal on April 7, 1951 in Hughes Springs, Texas.
Sheryl joined Love Chapel Baptist Church at an early age, where she remained faithful until she joined Greater Love Community Church in 2000. When Greater Love dissolved she joined New Jerusalem Baptist Church. She was a member of the Royal Justice Chapter of the Eastern Star where she served as Matron, Associate Matron, Secretary, Treasurer, as well as each of the star points.
Sheryl united in marriage to the late Ezell "Uncle Dick" Fisher on November 19, 1987. She loved working. In her free time she loved to travel and shop.
Sheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Justine Bruce Royal; her husband, Ezell Fisher; and a step-son, Anthony Lewis Fisher.
She leaves to mourn in her passing two uncles, Norman Bruce of Daingerfield and Norris Bruce (Carlenta) of Dallas; two aunts, Loisteen Harris (Edward) of Texarkana, Arkansas, and Rosie Nance of Arlington; three step-sons, Donald and Mikel Fisher of Daingerfield and Aubrey Jones of Germany; one step-daughter, Jennifer Tyler (Terrance) from Dallas; a very special step-granddaughter, Antoensha Parks of Daingerfield; very special friend, Gail Menefee; dear friend, Glenda Turner of Dallas; 12 step-grandchildren; and a host of step-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Services for Ms. Fisher will be 12:00 noon, Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Hughes Springs Community Church. Burial will follow at Love Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. There will be a time of visitation from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m. Friday, July 26 at the funeral home.
