A memorial service for Sidney Lee Rogers, 75, will be held 10:30 a.m., Friday, June 7, 2013 at Church on the Rock, in Daingerfield, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, of Hughes Springs, with Bro. Randy Seybert officiating. Mr. Rogers was born July 13, 1937 in Noel, Missouri and passed away June 1, 2013 at a Daingerfield nursing home. He is preceded in death by one daughter, Violet Rogers; and one sister, Nelda Aims. He is survived by his wife, Maribeth Rogers; one daughter, Sandy Deyo; one son, Randy Rogers; one brother, Wayne Rogers; one sister, Lillian Alexander; two granddaughters, Heather Elwell, and Rebekah McArthur; three grandsons, Randy Rogers, Jr, Simeon Rogers, and Alex Elwell; and one granddaughter, Elizabeth Elwell.
