Thomas Hatcher

Thomas Hatcher, 78, of Linden passed away April 11, 2016. Mr. Hatcher was born November 4, 1937 in Dallas, TX to Leon King Hatcher and Oleta Duval Hatcher.
Survivors include four children, Mark Hatcher and wife Melissa of McKinney, TX, Teri Arnold and husband Jim of Rowlett, TX, Joseph Hatcher and wife Janet of Lucas, TX, Jason Hatcher and wife Melissa of Chula Vista, CA; one sister, Joyce Howard of Avinger, TX; nephew, Ricky Wilbanks and niece, Cindy Doss both of Avinger, TX; six grandchildren, Melanie Sepulvado, Melinda Hatcher, Jarrett Hatcher, Jensyn Hatcher, Chris Hatcher, Cory Hatcher and two great-grandchildren, Lilly Hatcher and Tyler Hatcher.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Oleta Hatcher; sister, Dorothy Hatcher and wife, Barbara Hatcher.
Services will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, April 18, 2016 at Shiloh Methodist Church with Rev. Les Colley officiating. Burial will follow in the Shiloh Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden.
There will be a time of visitation from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Sunday evening at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to SPCA, 8411 Stacy Road McKinney, TX 75070; America Cancer Society, Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123 and American Heart Foundation, 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75231.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the whole Hatcher family. We will miss Dallas as he was a great man and Step-Father. We enjoyed the time we had with him and had lots of good times.
