  1. So sorry for the loss of this sweet lady. Will miss visting with her at Graingers, and talking about old times and friends. Prayers for the family.

  2. To the family of Marlene , please accept my sincere condolences. My thoughts and prayers are with you. May Our Loving Father enfold you in His healing arms and carry you through the days ahead.

  3. Mike, Kim and Patrick,I have lost a friend in your mom & aunt. I sent her a copy of my book about the Cypress Rangers in the Civil War, and she said she was so proud to get it. She had an ancestor in the unit. She and I exchanged Christmas cards, and she always had cheery comments for me. May she rest in peace!Mike, I have just moved to Fairview and am trying to find you to get together sometime. Are you still in the area.

  4. My Aunt Marlene touched many lives and especially mine. She was never too busy to stop what ever she was doing to listen, advise or just enjoy our time together. She always made a point to invite Tim and I to all major holiday events and enjoy her wonderful meals. Marlene taught me many things regarding life and to never ever quit. Marlene was like a mother to me and we had a special bond. I am grateful for her and for the love; she gave to her family and me.
