Services for Virginia Pat Taylor, 93, will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 8, 2017 at First United Methodist Church in Hughes Springs. Burial will follow at Hughes Springs Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. There will be a time of visitation from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home. 

Virginia Pat Keasler Taylor was born February 26, 1924 in Hughes Springs, TX. She was the daughter of Pat and Virgie Keasler. Virginia Pat graduated from Hughes Springs High School and Texas Women's University and returned home to teach Business Administration at Hughes Springs High School for 26 years. She married the love of her life, Biddy Mack Taylor on April 1, 1950 and began her journey as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a person who made every minute count and lived life to the fullest whether she was taking care of and loving family and friends or working in her yard growing beautiful flowers. These things she always did with a smile on her face. 

Virginia Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Mack Taylor; parents, Pat and Virgie Keasler; brother, Fladger Keasler; sister and brother-in-law, Elna Jane and Herb Wood of Tullahoma, TN.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Brooks and Nona Taylor of Chandler; daughter, Gayle Taylor Langley of Hughes Springs; granddaughter and husband, Ginger and Brad Miller of Jenkins; granddaughter, Laurie Graham of Hughes Springs; grandchildren, Kaden Miller, Kharlen Graham, Nate Taylor, Cody Miller, Corey Miller, Jackson Graham, Belle Golden, and Brick Miller. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Hughes Springs, where Virginia was a life long member.
