Wade Steven Pate., 51, of Houston, TX., passed away Sunday , January 26, 2014,in a Houston hospital. He was born September 1, 1962, in Pasadena, TX., to Leslie Ray Pate and Liddie Mae Smallwood Pate. Mr. Pate was a Baptist and a member of The Open Door Mission. Survivors include his wife Margie Pate; three sons, Allan Glenn of Crockett, TX., Christopher Glenn of Canon City, CO., Wade Steven Pate Jr. of Nashville, TN.; three daughters, Kimberly Glenn of Rockingham, NC., Stephanie Wilkinson of Coldsprings, TX., Courtney Pate of Pasadena, TX.; one brother Billy Pate (Sheron); one sister, Judy Harmon (Brian); five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Leslie R. and Liddie M. Pate and one sister Kathy Denton. Services will be 2:00 P.M., Friday January 31, 2014 in the Chapel of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden. Burial will follow at Floyd Hill Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home. There will be a time of visitation on Thursday January 30, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
