Services for Elvis Wade Wells, 42, of New York City, New York will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 3, 2006 at Cornett United Methodist Church, Naples, TX with Rev. Lynn Loe officiating. Burial will follow at Cornett Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. Mr. Wells died Saturday, October 28, 2006 in New York City. He was born July 7, 1964 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was an architect. He is survived by his parents, Elvis and Elnora Wells of Naples; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Elaine and Randy Willeford of Hughes Springs and Melba and Edward Taylor of Longview; four uncles, Charlie Winston Hampton of Naples, Dudley Penny of Linden, John Wells of Texarkana, and A.J. Wells of Parker, Colorado; one niece, Emily Huie of Daingerfield; one nephew, TSgt Eddie Bartlett and wife, Jennifer of San Antonio; three grandnephews, Johathon Bartlett; Tyler Huie and Cameron Huie; and a number of other relatives and friends. Viewing and visitation will be Thursday afternoon and evening at the funeral home and the family will receive friends after 6:00 p.m. Donations can be made to Cornett Cemetery Association, 553 FM 2888, Naples, Texas 75568.
