  8. Heaven gained another dear sweet wonderful thoughtful and caring soul on December 24. Uncle Wiley was the definition of a true Christian, always thinking of others and caring about the needs of others over his very own. He loved his family tremendously and always made his home open to others. He and Margaret were second parents to me and took care of me in the lowest, darkest times of my life. I will always be thankful and grateful for their kindness and their truly loving family!

  9. Wiley was a truly nice man, most of my younger life I knew him from Bus driver to Police man, if you lived in Hughes Springs, at some point, you met Wiley Pippin. Thoughts and Prayer go out to his family.

  12. Deanna & Debra, I am so sorry for your loss. I have a lot of memories of your dad. He always had a kind word and smile. May God give you comfort during this time. Love you both. Jana

  13. Our town lost an icon today as we laid to rest Wiley. He never met a stranger. If you needed to know anything…..just find Wiley and he could tell you. He was everywhere his kids were. He was on the ball field as a coach. He was a constable and watched out for them on the football field. He was a bus driver and drove them home and kept them safe. He drove them to school events. He loved kids……he loved people. We are so sorry for your loss and pray that you find solace in knowing that Wiley was loved by so many and will not be easily forgotten. Our love to all of you.

  14. We are so sorry to hear about your great loss. Mr. Pippin was such a great man. I remember when he coached Robbie on the soccer team when he was 4 years old. He was so kind and really loved people. Lots of love to Deanna and Debra at this difficult time. Prayers….

  15. My dear friends, I am sorry to hear of Wiley’s passing. I have so many memories of him from my childhood and early teen years. He was a wonderful man. He will be greatly missed. Take comfort in the fact that he is with our Heavenly Father and we will see him again. You are all in my prayers. Love to you
