Michael passed away surrounded by loved ones, on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, in Linden. He was born on June 9, 1952, in Atlanta, Texas, to Billy and Frances Logan. Michael had a life long love of music. He was a devoted member of the Church of Christ in Linden, where his faith and love for people shone brightly. He faithfully led the congregation in music, lifting voices and spirits with heartfelt hymns.

Michael also served his community in a quieter but equally meaningful way, as a school bus driver for Linden-Kildare CISD. His warm smile and gentle manner made him a favorite among students, parents, and staff alike. To the children he transported each day, he was more than just a driver; he was a friendly face who greeted them with encouragement in the mornings and wished them well in the afternoons. Rain or shine, he was a steady presence, ensuring the safety of his passengers and showing them respect and care.

He is survived by his brother, Carl Logan, and his special friend, Sandra Alcala. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lisa Logan; and a special friend, Angie Whitmore.

Michael will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
