Sally Beauchamp

Funeral services for Sally Beauchamp, 86, of Lone Star will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 25, 2006, in the chapel of Reeder-Davsi Funeral Home in Hughes Springs with Dr. Ralph Wood officiating. Interment will follow at Hughes Springs Cemetery. Ms. Beauchamp died Tuesday, August 22, 2006 at a local nursing home. She was born February 6, 1920, in Cass County, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and one sister. Ms. Beauchamp retired in 1999 following a lifelong business partnership with her beloved cousin, Juanell Dudley, in which they owed and operated My-Lady Cleaners in Hughes Springs for 44 years. In addition to Ms. Dudley, she is survived by one sister-in-law, Dorothy Duncan of Texarkana; nieces, Mareida McCay of Marshall and Ginger Hamm of Ft. Smith; nephews, Jim Finney of Caddo Mills, Rex Duncan of Texarkana, and Freddy Beauchamp of Longview. She is also survived by many special great nieces and nephews, along with large numbers of dear friends she counted as her family. The family will receive friends, August 24, 2006 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs.
