He is survived by his wife Lyvonne Hightower of Gilmer; two sons and daughters-in-law Colon O’Neal Hightower, Jr. and Angie of Mansfield and Tony Terry and Tammy of Denham Springs, LA; four daughters Colene Yvonne Hightower of Irving, Vicki Walsh of Brownsboro, Karon Terry of Lake Dallas, and Tammy Walls of Hickory Creek; one brother Claude Hightower, Jr. of Eufaula, Alabama; two sisters Pat Tjalsma of Tulsa, OK and Betty Waldrop of Excelsior Springs, MO; 14 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Dad, Still missing you so much. Vicki and I are not close and Lyvonne and I never talk. I look at it as being a two way street with no one to blame. I love you Dad, I wish I had seen you more when you were still here, but I will see you again someday. Hugs and Kisses, Colene
