Services for Beulah McCullough-Scott, 103, of Lone Star will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Reeder-Davis Chapel.  Burial will follow at Liberty Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. There will be a time of visitation from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.

Ms. Scott was born May 16, 1919 in Morris County to the parents of Tom and Mary McCullough.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Monticue Abron, Sr. and Hugh Scott; sons, Joe Lewis Johnson, Willie Jay Chism, Sr., and Monticue "M.C." Abron, Jr.; granddaughter, Brenda Chism; and 14 brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her daughter, Maryola "Maeola" Sharp and her husband Eddie; grandchildren, Regina Chism, Sheila Chism, Tina Manning and her husband Sonny, Tony Chism and his wife Carolyn, Willie Jay Chism, Jr., Shaun Sharp, Dondre Sharp, Kimbraly Abron-Allison and Morquita Williams and her husband Jayson; 17 great grandchildren; 15 great-great grandchildren; and one great-great-great grandchild; special grandchildren she called her own, Dale Hudson and Lytandra Scott; numerous nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; cousins and friends.
