Easy to deal with even in the hardest of times
A very well kept establishment as well as very kind people. They make you feel welcome, cared for, and like you have a family outside of family.
The staff here becomes family. They are incredibly supportive and make sure everything is perfect! There is no better place!
When my 52 year old younger sister passed away we couldn't have fathomed the grief her 15 year old would be going through. She wanted to be involved in her mom's service planning Reeder-Davis employees were very patient and listened to her every wish. For that I am most grateful. Thank you for the services you provide our small community...we are blessed to have you as part of our town.
The best in the area!
Friendly and patient. Very professional & the expenses were reasonable. I recommend their services.

Very kind and compassionate people.
Years ago my parents made the decision that when their time came they wanted Reeder Davis to handle their burial services, So as hard as it is to lose your parents their time to go did come and when it did, We relied on Reeder Davis to help our family through the arrangements that needed to be made and all I can say is their commitment, compassion and their understanding made such a difficult process much easier. Our funeral director Amy, from our first meeting to our last was so kind, She shared in our laughter of funny memories and she shared in our tears seeing our grief. My sister suddenly passed away a month after my dad and again, Kris and Amy were there to help us and we were so grateful. Kris, Thank you for the care you gave to us and for being so kind and thoughtful. I will never forget everything that all of you did for my family .
Reeder handled my father in laws services and did it with so much compassion. We were at a loss with what to do first and Amy was amazing at guiding us. They treated us just like family and we will always be grateful for that.
For such as sad occasion we could not have asked for any better. The facilities were great, the staff very caring. Everyone did everything possible to make this the best experience possible. Even the slideshow had a personal touch that was initiated by the staff. I am so very grateful for the care and services we received.

Kind, caring folks that truly understand the grief you bear, and help you move forward in what is a difficult situation that we all have or will experience.
They took excellent care of both my mother and father. My wife and I have already prearranged our funerals with them. They are the best.

From the time they picked up my wife from the hospital and then through the entire process and even today, they have remained friendly, courteous, and most helpful with all our needs. Working with our insurance, planning the service, providing helpful suggestions, and taking care of tiny details we had not thought Reeder-Davis Funeral Home was wonderful, and Mary was so professional, one of the best. Their care made our loss a little easier to bear. Thank you so much, James Bynum & Family
I just want to thank the staff at Reeder Davis for handling my mothersβs final arrangements beautifully. Kris was extremely compassionate and helpful throughout this untimely and unexpected event. Everything was flawless and exactly how my mother would have wanted her final wishes carried out. Planning a funeral is never easy but it definitely helps when your loved one is in the care of caring and professional hands. Thank you π Shawna
I have seen personally, the Reeder Davis Family treats your loved ones with as much love and respect as you would. What more could we ask? Thank you RD for your devotion to making the worst days easier.

Reeder-Davis is the most caring place I can imagine in a time of need. The staff is second-to-none!
These people are the greatest. They have always made me feel like family. Thank y'all for being so wonderful. God bless y'all
I have never had a bad experience at RD, from making programs for our church or giving advice in whatever way they can.
The McKinney, The McCain, & The Hill Families would like to sincerely thank the staff at Reeder Davis in Hughes Springs for the excellent services they provided to us in the death of our Mama, Dorothy McKinney. Mary went above & beyond in helping us to prepare our Mama for visitation. Amy helped us in each & every need that we had. You could not ask for a kinder man at the cemetery than Wayne. To each person that helped, we appreciate ALL that you did... Thank you, again!
It has the most comfortable feel about it. Everyone treats you like you are family and have so much compassion and empathy . I love Amy & Kris and all of the others also.
Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. in Linden and Chris were there for me and my family when Keith passed away. Chris is so caring and thoughtful and was able to help me make it through the entire process of caring for Keith and my family until the final burial. He made the journey of death so much easier by his respect for our needs and his compassion for our pain and sorrow. I have known his staff for a long time and they also helped lighten our sorrow by their outpouring of love and compassion. Reeder-Davis also took care of my precious mom when she passed away three years after Keith. I still hug Chris and thank him whenever I can for helping me through losing loved ones.
Very nice service. We were well satisfied.

We share in your loss. Mrs.Hargrave was a kind and gentle person and a hard worker for her church. Knowing Judy and her family is also proof of a life well-lived.
So sorry to hear of your loss. You mother was a wonderful lady and great neighbor.
We want to send our prayers to your Family.Grandma Hargrave was very special lady , who loved our kids like her own. Always had a smile very generous and just an all around great lady. We were very lucky to have known her.
Our prayers are with your family. We are very lucky to have known such a kind lady and have such a good neighbor.
We were so sorry to hear of Sis. Hargrave's passing. We like to look at it as if "She has arrived" instead of 'she is gone'. She has certainly arrived to receive her Heavenly reward! We know she is shouting around the Throne of God!
To the Hargrave Family,We will always think of Sister Hargrave as our "Mother" She was the light and soldier behind our church leader and Pastor, Brother Hargrave. I have always thought and think about your family daily and know my family has been made better by her and Brother Hargrave's leadership during our time in Daingerfield and Hughes Springs. Your loss is the loss of all of us and we will miss and think of her memory and service daily.Love from the Kendall FamilyChris, Misty, Bryan and Logan
I have so many memories of Sis. Hargrave. When my husband, Tom, passed away, she was right there beside me. When you guys invited us to your house to eat, she'd always make me a sock-it-to-me cake because she knew I loved it so much. The weirdest thing is that yesterday before I knew that Sis. Hargrave had passed away, I had made a sock-it-to-me cake for a family get together. Hadn't made one of those in years. Bro. Hargraves thank you for the years of nurturing us. You and Sis. Hargraves meant so much to our family. I know that Sis. Hargraves is having a wonderful time up in heaven worshipping our Lord.
"Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints." Psalm 116:15Sis. Hargrave was truly one of His saints. What precious memories we have from the years the Hargraves pastored at Harmony Assembly of God. May the God of all comfort lift you up today to look forward to the day of the resurrection. We love you and we are praying for your family.Glen & Louise StoneCooper, TX
Memories are such a wonderful comfort. I will always cherish the fun times our families had together. Sis Hargrave was such a joy to be around, always bringing a smile to your face. God bless your family.
All of these years have passed and I do not have a single sad memory of my Grandmother. She was the most loving woman I knew. She went above and beyond her calling as a wife, mother, grandmother and servant of God. Her love for the church, family and friends was above any other. The thought of her being home could not make me happier.
We are so sorry for your loss of Sis. Hargrave. She was a blessing in our lives. Sometimes when someone leads a song I think of the way she did it. Still have many memories of the old Harmony Church.
I just wanted to send my condolences to the Hargrave family. Sister Hargrave was one of the nicest women I have ever known and both her and Brother Hargrave will forever be in my heart. Sending my love to the family. You are in my thoughts and my prayers.
Sis.Hargraves will always be etched in my mind as a tireless, selfless individual. I will never forget the day my father died sitting on her front porch with Bro. Hargraves and Eva when she drove up with my mother. She and Bro. Hargraves held, comforted, and nurished my family through one of the most difficult times in our life. I only wish we could be there to support your family in your time of loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Love, Amber, Madyson, and Jalen Kendall
