Bro. Mickey was such a blessing for our community. He will be truly missed. Our prayers are that the Rorex family will find peace and comfort in knowing he is with our Lord and Savior.
If you want proof that God doesn’t make mistakes, all you have to do is look at Mickey or my daddy! If you need evidence that best friends are forever, you could look at Daddy & Mickey as well. I cannot believe they’re both with Jesus now. My daddy, and my stand in daddy; both are gone but will live in our hearts forever. Love you Poppy.

Thank you for sharing us on y’all’s beach vacations. July 2020 time was one of the best fellowship we had. Laughed so hard at Family stories it was priceless. Mickey has been rewarded with His Father’s blessing, ‘well done, My good and faithful servant.’ What a blessed reward! Our hearts are deeply saddened for Mickey’s sweet family. Praying that the Lord of all peace wraps the family in His arms and they feel the mighty presence of their Savior as they move through their grief.
I only had the pleasure to meet the preacher once? That was when my son and myself made a trip out west to visit with an old friend, Tex. He opened his home up to us like he had known us for life! Won't ever forget the impression he left on us. Bigger than life his Love for his family is what sticks out to me the most. Love you guys! Many prayers are with yawll!
