Funeral services for Earnestine Warren Turner, 81 of Naples, will be 10 A.M.., Saturday, June 25, 2011 at Morning Star Baptist Church with Pastor Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Morning Star Cemetery, Naples, Texas under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. of Hughes Springs. Ms. Turner will lie in state from 10am until 5pm on Friday, June 24, 2011 also at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. in Hughes Springs. She was born on April 21, 1930 in Morris County, Texas to R. J. Wallace and Arvella Dolly: Shepard Wallace and she passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at a nursing facility in Omaha. Earnestine is survived by her sons, Luther J. Turner, Jr., Randy Turner and Van Turner and wife, Ruthie; daughter, Revoyda Dodd; four grandchildren and one great grandson, and a host of relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther James Turner, Sr.; son, Marshall W. Turner and grandson Lyndon D. Turner.

  2. I did not forget that you loved me, a niece. I did not forget your loving words and guidance. I did not forget to not let my head be just more than a hat rack. I did not forget what you were teaching me to do and that is to understand what I should let go in one ear and out the other and why. I am glad you are and were my aunt stein.
