LINDEN, TXFuneral services for Eddie Ray Riddle, 48, of Linden, will be 2:00 P.M., Friday March 26, 2010 at First Baptist Church in Linden with Bro. Wayne Shew officiating. Burial will be in Linden Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis-Schindler Funeral Home, Inc. A visitation will be from 5 to 9 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Eddie was born August 16, 1961 in Linden to Edward Ray and Bennie Mae Smith Riddle. He passed away March 23, 2010 at his home in Linden. He was a graduate of Linden-Kildare High School, was a pipe inspector-analyst for LOTTCO Oil Field Service and Consultants and was a Baptist. Survivors include a son, Dalton Riddle, and his mother, Kathie Bryant of Naples; his father, E. R. Peanut Riddle, of Linden; a brother, James Riddle and wife, Jan, of Linden; a sister, Lydia Alexander, and husband, Thomas, of Shreveport, Louisiana; nephews, Christopher Howard of Linden, and Billy Ray Lee, of Shreveport, Louisiana; and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bennie Mae Riddle.

  5. We had a lot of good times and some not so good times. But one thing is for sure you will always be in my heart and soul. I wish I would have known sooner how truely sick you were not that I could have fixed it. But I would have tried to talk you hard headed butt into tryin to take better care of yourself.
