Funeral services for Frances Miller, 73, of Hughes Springs, will be Sunday, August 31 at 2:00 PM at Reeder Davis Chapel in Hughes Springs with Norman Miller and Tim Gibbs officiating. Burial will be at Bradfield Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. Mrs. Miller was born May 8, 1935 in Blue Mountain, AL and passed away on August 28, 2008 in Mt. Pleasant. She was a homemaker and a member of Church of Christ in Daingerfield. Survivors include one son and daughter in law Travis and Hazel Miller of Daingerfield; two daughters and sons-in-law Kathy and Ralph Kimberley of Daingerfield, Gina and Ralph Ladin of Houston; one brother Ralph Roberts of Hughes Springs; one sister Ruby Buttram of Piedmont, AL; 11 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Travis Miller, Sr., one sister Margret Coulter and one brother Loy Roberts. Mrs. Miller will lie in state Saturday, August 30 and the family will receive friends from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.

I spoke with her on the phone and she told me your mother had died and that she had a really rough go of it for a while now. I am very sorry for your loss.
