Funeral services for Gary Cates Keasler, 61, of Pittsburg will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home Chapel in Hughes Springs with Bro. Jeff Morrow officiating. Burial will follow at Hughes Springs Cemetery. Mr. Keasler will lie in state Tuesday morning and evening, and the family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Keasler died Sunday, April 24 , 2011 in Longview, Texas. He was born July 13, 1949 in Hughes Springs to William Lester and Halcyon Keasler. He was a member of the Newsome Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon for many years. He was also a Mason. He is survived by his wife, Glenda of Pittsburg; 2 sons and a daughter-in-law Chris and Martha Keasler of Frederick, Oklahoma, and Chris Anschutz of Pittsburg; 3 daughters and two sons-in-law Kimberly and Eric Cummings of Leesburg, Crystal Anschutz of Pittsburg and Monica and Kevin Patterson of Lone Star.; seven grandchildren, Chance, Cody, and Cayden Cummings, Cory and Chloe Keasler, Zander and Ava Patterson; two nephews Mickey and Marty Keasler. Mr. Keasler is preceded by his parents; one brother,W.L. Bubba Keasler and one sister Hortense Mullinex. Friends may leave condolences at www.reeder-davis.com
