Horace Grubbs

LINDEN Funeral services for Horace S. Grubbs, 86, of Linden will be Monday, Febuary 25, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at Reeder-Davis-Schindler Funeral Home Chapel in Linden with Bro. Jackie Stanfield officiating. Burial will be at Cave Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Mr. Grubbs was born November 20, 1921 in Linden to Clarence Cleburn and Pearl Emma Harris Grubbs. He died Friday, Febuary 22, 2008 in a Linden hospital. He was a civil engineer with the Texas Department of Transportation and a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters. Mr. Grubbs is survived by a number of nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives.
