  1. James & Darlene Chisolm,When we all Think of memories of "Chiz" we all have a big smile because in one way or another he touched everyone's heart! I have been very fortunate to have gotten to know "Chiz" because of the SPECIAL LOVE that him and Logan shared, which brought Alexus to us, and I know the most important thing in his life, and what he lived for were his three beautiful girls! May God bring you Hope, Faith, and Love, through these hard times.Marvis Richardson

  2. Allen, I miss you more then you will ever know. For so long you were more like my brother then a cousin. You are now and always will be loved, missed, and thought of often.

  3. Dear Chisolm Family, Please accept my condolences, I just met James this year at Cabela's. He was great with customers always playing up on his "East Texas" charm. He was also a kind man, taking myself and another colleague hunting in Avinger. I was waiting to hear all about Alaska and his adventures. He did send me some pictures and a story about a 'Mama Grizz.' I know he had fun and many, many stories to tell. I am sorry I will not get to hear them. Please know that his passing struck everyone at Cabela's deeply and he will be sorely missed. May his light shine bright through you and all his family.Sincerely,Jim Prindle

  17. We all had the pleasure of working with James this summer in Alaska. We are all shocked and feel lost at his passing. We were all looking forward to getting in touch with James once we were all back in the real world. We are very sorry for your loss. Drew, Thomas, and Lowell.

  18. I have just learned the heartbreaking news about Allen. I had the pleasure of meeting Allen on a recent fishing trip to Alaska. What a great surprise it was to meet a fellow Marine in the middle of nowhere. As one could imagine, we shared some great Marine Corps and fishing stories. What a great man and Marine. As Ronald Reagan once said, "Some people spend an entire lifetime wonderingif they've made a difference. The Marines don'thave that problem." God Bless, Marine. Semper Fi.
