LINDEN James Lee Henry, 74, of Linden died Sunday, December 2, 2007 at his residence in Linden. Services will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 5, in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Don Phelps officiating. Burial will be in Linden Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis-Schindler Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday, December 4, 2007. Mr. Henry was born May 19, 1933 in Bluff City, Arkansas, to John A. and Beulah Stone Henry of Lanesburg, AR. He was retired from Lone Star Steel Company, was an Air Force veteran and a Baptist. He is survived by his wife, Doris Henry, of Linden; a son and daughter-in-law, Shane and Rene' Henry of Queen City; a daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Randy Holland, of Paris; a brother and sister-in-law,Joe K. and Lynell Henry of Nash; four grandchildren, Justin Holland and wife, Courtney, of Concord, NC; Jordan Holland of Atoka, OK; Cody Henry and Cameron Henry, both of Queen City; a great-grandson, Andrew Holland of Concord, NC; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John A. Henry, Jr.

  3. Sorry to hear about James. I worked with him the last eleven years he was at the plant and some prior to that. He always talked about his days in the service and Shane playing ball. He was a good work companion and friend. He will be missed. our thoughts and prayers will be with you.
