He is survived by his wife, Barbara ?Bobbie? Phillips of Avinger; one daughter, Rena Jo Shelton of Avinger; two sisters, Imogene Mathis of Hughes Springs and Joy Lynn Fenner of Garland; two grandchildren, Ramona Waldon of Avinger and Mark Stroman of Albuquerque, New Mexico; six great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
