Services for Jennifer Sue Littlejohn, 54, of Linden, will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Pine Crest Baptist Church. Burial to follow at Linden Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden. There will be a time of visitation from 5:00 until 7:00 Wednesday evening at the funeral home. 

Jennifer Sue Deel Littlejohn was born December 28, 1967, in Richlands, Virginia to Ervin and Helen Deel.  She passed away April 3, 2022, in her home surrounded by her wonderful and supportive family.  Jennifer was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, “Ninny” and friend. 

Jennifer graduated from Linden Kildare High School in 1986 and went on to Texarkana College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and fulfilled a career she had dreamed of since childhood as a teacher.  She taught in Marietta, Atlanta, and Linden schools and poured herself into her students every chance she got.

Jennifer married the love of her life, Theo Littlejohn III, on June 7, 1992. They spent 29 wonderful years together. During their marriage, they were blessed with two sons and one grandson, whom she adored.  She had a beautiful smile and a serving heart that will be greatly missed. Jennifer’s kind soul touched the lives of countless people. The world was a better place with her in it and she will never be forgotten.

She is survived by her husband, Theo Littlejohn III; her two sons, Patrick Littlejohn and wife Amber, Dylan Littlejohn; parents, Ervin and Helen Deel; sisters, Cammy Hutsell and husband Richard, Delilah Deel and husband Dave Wilson; brother, Travis Deel and wife Jessica; one grandson, Easton Littlejohn, and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

The family would like to thank Marshall Homecare & Hospice for their love, compassion and tenderness.
