Services for Kathleen Stewart, 58, of Hughes Springs, will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home with Rev. Doye Wilbanks and Rev. Randy Seybert officiating. Interment will follow at County Line Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. Mrs. Stewart died Sunday, November 12, 2006 at a Longview hospital. She was born January 19, 1948 in Massillon, Ohio. She was a computer programmer, a member of County Line Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School, and Pines Racing Pigeon Club. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cornelous and Kathryn Van Der Hevel, brother, Victor Van Der Hevel, and sister, Judy Van Der Hevel. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Ray Stewart, Sr. of Hughes Springs; daughter, Amy Stewart of Dallas, son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy Ray Jr. and Kim Stewart of Jenkins; three sisters, Peggy Hughes of Roanoke, TX, Karol Jones of London, AR, and Marilyn Phillips of New Braunfels, TX; two grandsons, Blake and Chase; and several nieces and nephews.
