Lanita King Williams, 75, of Linden, went to be with the Lord on April 16, 2024. She was born February 19, 1949 in Camden, Arkansas to Norris and Doris King. Lanita got her associates degree in nursing and worked as an RN for over 30 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Linden. Lanita loved her family endlessly but she, especially, had a soft spot for her grandchildren. She enjoyed long shopping trips, the occasional slot machine and you could always count on her being late.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Dora Whatley; and brothers-in-law, Marty Whatley and Neal Lee.
She is survived by her husband, Don Williams; children, Rodney Bynum and wife Renee, Shelia Bynum, Aaron Williams, Aimee Daniel and husband Tobias; grandchildren, Alyssa Brown and husband Nigel, Reid Bynum, Karleen Bynum, Sydnee Robles, Karson Bynum, Lilly Robles, Emma Williams, Laynie Daniel, Jackson Williams, and Braxton Daniel; great-grandchildren, Elena, Emery, N.J., Freya, Naomi, and Rowan; sisters, Thelia Price and husband Eddie Frank, Eva Lee; brother, Teddy King and wife Kayla; sister-in-law, Marsha Moore; and a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Caves Springs Missionary Baptist Church. Β Burial will follow at Caves Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden. Β There will be a time of visitation from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

We are so sorry for your loss ! Boo went to school with her! Every where you went you would see her she would have a smile on her face! Prayers go out to comfort the family in such need of grief! Just know that she is the arms of god now !
