  5. Candle 8Lanita and I grew up as classmates, plus school bus-mates from the same community. From a young age, Lanita always seemed so smart, without even trying! I admired her achievement of Registered Nurse. Everyone speaks so highly of her kindness and care giving! In our early teens, I remember Lanita as a big helpmate, to her sweet Mother, in caring for her three younger siblings.

For all these years, in my mind’s eye, I just saw Lanita giggling and having fun. She may have always been late; however, she would be looking good!! I am so sorry for your loss.

  6. Don, I enjoyed working with Lanita at Linden Hospital, she always made it fun! Lost touch with her after leaving Linden, TX. Peace be with you and the family during this transition.โค๏ธ

  10. Candle 2Sheila and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a parent is the worse. I lost my Mom in 2016 and understand what you are feeling. Iโ€™m here if you want or need to talk.

  11. Candle 6I am so sorry for the sweet family! My heart and sympathy go out to all of you. I am going to miss my dear friend!!! We have had a lifetime of laughs together. We get the silly giggles every time we get together and I will miss that and her so much. I always kidded her with the statement, โ€œAm I going to have to buy you a pacifier?โ€ I will miss saying that and hearing her sweet giggle.

  12. Candle 8So sorry to hear about the loss of Lanita. I loved working with her at the Linden Hospital. Prayers for all of the family!โค
