  1. I'm so sorry to learn of the death of Laurie Goolsby. Our prayers and sympathies go out to Jerry, Barry, Jennifer, and JoAnna. Laurie was such a kind caring Christian. She will be missed.

  2. I was saddened to learn of Laurie's death recently. We were classmate's at Justin F. Kimball High School in Dallas, having graduated together in 1974. Laurie was a wonderful person with a warm smile and quick wit. Although she was in a great deal of pain this last year or so due to her illness, we should take comfort in the fact knowing that as a child of God in his Heavenly Kingdom, she is now totally free of that pain and suffering.May God's Peace be with her family now and always as we remember these words from Gospel of Luke: "Lord, now lettest thy servant depart in peace, According to Your word; For my eyes have seen Your salvation which You have prepared before the face of all peoples. A light to bring revelation to all the nations, And the glory of Your people Israel." – Luke 2:29-32 (NKJV) (Song of Simeon) – A-Men
