The staff were very kind and professional & the funeral home was very welcoming in such a hard time. β€οΈ would choose them anytime.
Easy to deal with even in the hardest of times
A very well kept establishment as well as very kind people. They make you feel welcome, cared for, and like you have a family outside of family.
The staff here becomes family. They are incredibly supportive and make sure everything is perfect! There is no better place!
When my 52 year old younger sister passed away we couldn't have fathomed the grief her 15 year old would be going through. She wanted to be involved in her mom's service planning Reeder-Davis employees were very patient and listened to her every wish. For that I am most grateful. Thank you for the services you provide our small community...we are blessed to have you as part of our town.
The best in the area!
Friendly and patient. Very professional & the expenses were reasonable. I recommend their services.
Thanks for all of you kindness.
Kind, considerate, and helpful.

I would like to give BIG shout out to Reeder-Davis they did a wonderful job of putting my grandma Miss Nellie Ruth Owens away they did a fantastic job and the staff is up tier I really canβt thank yβall enough
Very kind and compassionate people.
Years ago my parents made the decision that when their time came they wanted Reeder Davis to handle their burial services, So as hard as it is to lose your parents their time to go did come and when it did, We relied on Reeder Davis to help our family through the arrangements that needed to be made and all I can say is their commitment, compassion and their understanding made such a difficult process much easier. Our funeral director Amy, from our first meeting to our last was so kind, She shared in our laughter of funny memories and she shared in our tears seeing our grief. My sister suddenly passed away a month after my dad and again, Kris and Amy were there to help us and we were so grateful. Kris, Thank you for the care you gave to us and for being so kind and thoughtful. I will never forget everything that all of you did for my family .
Reeder handled my father in laws services and did it with so much compassion. We were at a loss with what to do first and Amy was amazing at guiding us. They treated us just like family and we will always be grateful for that.
For such as sad occasion we could not have asked for any better. The facilities were great, the staff very caring. Everyone did everything possible to make this the best experience possible. Even the slideshow had a personal touch that was initiated by the staff. I am so very grateful for the care and services we received.

Kind, caring folks that truly understand the grief you bear, and help you move forward in what is a difficult situation that we all have or will experience.
They took excellent care of both my mother and father. My wife and I have already prearranged our funerals with them. They are the best.

From the time they picked up my wife from the hospital and then through the entire process and even today, they have remained friendly, courteous, and most helpful with all our needs. Working with our insurance, planning the service, providing helpful suggestions, and taking care of tiny details we had not thought Reeder-Davis Funeral Home was wonderful, and Mary was so professional, one of the best. Their care made our loss a little easier to bear. Thank you so much, James Bynum & Family
I just want to thank the staff at Reeder Davis for handling my mothersβs final arrangements beautifully. Kris was extremely compassionate and helpful throughout this untimely and unexpected event. Everything was flawless and exactly how my mother would have wanted her final wishes carried out. Planning a funeral is never easy but it definitely helps when your loved one is in the care of caring and professional hands. Thank you π Shawna
I have seen personally, the Reeder Davis Family treats your loved ones with as much love and respect as you would. What more could we ask? Thank you RD for your devotion to making the worst days easier.

These people are the greatest. They have always made me feel like family. Thank y'all for being so wonderful. God bless y'all
I have never had a bad experience at RD, from making programs for our church or giving advice in whatever way they can.
The McKinney, The McCain, & The Hill Families would like to sincerely thank the staff at Reeder Davis in Hughes Springs for the excellent services they provided to us in the death of our Mama, Dorothy McKinney. Mary went above & beyond in helping us to prepare our Mama for visitation. Amy helped us in each & every need that we had. You could not ask for a kinder man at the cemetery than Wayne. To each person that helped, we appreciate ALL that you did... Thank you, again!
It has the most comfortable feel about it. Everyone treats you like you are family and have so much compassion and empathy . I love Amy & Kris and all of the others also.
Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. in Linden and Chris were there for me and my family when Keith passed away. Chris is so caring and thoughtful and was able to help me make it through the entire process of caring for Keith and my family until the final burial. He made the journey of death so much easier by his respect for our needs and his compassion for our pain and sorrow. I have known his staff for a long time and they also helped lighten our sorrow by their outpouring of love and compassion. Reeder-Davis also took care of my precious mom when she passed away three years after Keith. I still hug Chris and thank him whenever I can for helping me through losing loved ones.
Very nice service. We were well satisfied.

Mr. Howe was a good friend for the short time that I was honored to know him. When I first started at URECC and introduced myself to him I made the mistake of informing him that I was a born Daingerfielder. We instantly began the ribbing and story telling. Mr. Howe will be missed but not forgotten! God bless the family in this time of need.
I'm so sorry for your loss. You have my sincere condolences. I didn't know your husband all that much but working close to you for years and your live and support you gave me when I lost my baby Katelyn. This to me makes you family to me. My heart breaks for Rhonda. I know I've been away a long time but the day I saw you I still felt the closeness we had. If there is anything you need and I can do it please I'm just a call away. My love and prayer for you and your sweet family.

The measure of a man is in his gift to others. Mr. Howe reared two wonderful children and was a positive influence to countless others. One of my favorite memories of him happened the day he came to my classroom with a box of wonderful minerals that he thought the kids could use and we did. Each year when we use them, I would tell the students how I received them remembering his thoughtfulness. May all of you have peace and comfort as you remember him.
Prayers for the family,
Mr Louie you where a big blessing to our family,

Rhonda, my heart is broken for your loss. No words can ease the pain of losing your life partner. I didn't know Louis very well but he was always so friendly and kind with a smile!
I first met Louis about 15 years ago at a family gathering when he came to Austin to visit my wife Linda and several other Kelbaugh cousins! We hit it off instantly as he and I shared the same sense of humor. I will miss his quick wit and wonderful smile. Such a good down to earth man , they dont make many like him any more but the angels and the Lord in heaven are having a great time now that he has joined them. Love you and miss you Louie you were one of the best!

Rhonda I am so sorry to learn of Louis passing. My prayer for you and your kids. Louis was a good man.
I worked with Louie for 20+ years. I never talked with him that he wasn’t talking about his family and how much he loved them. He made you feel like you personally knew them. He always had a good day no matter what. He will so be missed in the halls at Upshur Rural Electric. Praying for y’all in the coming days. 💙💙💙💙
Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Uncle Louie lives on in our heart and mind. We will join him again in heaven. I thank You Lord for giving us the time we had to share in Uncle Louie's life.
The peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7
Grandma Chloe was married to my Granddaddy (Poke) Norris when I was a child. I loved and kept a relationship with Grandma Chloe until her passing. I even had the privilege of meeting her husband Hal. Even though life has taken us all in different directions over the years, I have always kept my loving memories of Uncle Louie, Uncle Joey, and Aunt Karen.
I love you all and send hugs and prayers during this difficult time. May God comfort your hearts and ease your pain.
Much Love,
Lisa-Marie
He was a great man who knew no strangers. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
