  2. Mr. Howe was a good friend for the short time that I was honored to know him. When I first started at URECC and introduced myself to him I made the mistake of informing him that I was a born Daingerfielder. We instantly began the ribbing and story telling. Mr. Howe will be missed but not forgotten! God bless the family in this time of need.

  3. I'm so sorry for your loss. You have my sincere condolences. I didn't know your husband all that much but working close to you for years and your live and support you gave me when I lost my baby Katelyn. This to me makes you family to me. My heart breaks for Rhonda. I know I've been away a long time but the day I saw you I still felt the closeness we had. If there is anything you need and I can do it please I'm just a call away. My love and prayer for you and your sweet family.

  12. The measure of a man is in his gift to others. Mr. Howe reared two wonderful children and was a positive influence to countless others. One of my favorite memories of him happened the day he came to my classroom with a box of wonderful minerals that he thought the kids could use and we did. Each year when we use them, I would tell the students how I received them remembering his thoughtfulness. May all of you have peace and comfort as you remember him.

  19. I first met Louis about 15 years ago at a family gathering when he came to Austin to visit my wife Linda and several other Kelbaugh cousins! We hit it off instantly as he and I shared the same sense of humor. I will miss his quick wit and wonderful smile. Such a good down to earth man , they dont make many like him any more but the angels and the Lord in heaven are having a great time now that he has joined them. 22. I worked with Louie for 20+ years. I never talked with him that he wasn’t talking about his family and how much he loved them. He made you feel like you personally knew them. He always had a good day no matter what. He will so be missed in the halls at Upshur Rural Electric. Praying for y’all in the coming days. 💙💙💙💙

  23. Uncle Louie lives on in our heart and mind. We will join him again in heaven. I thank You Lord for giving us the time we had to share in Uncle Louie's life.

The peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7

Grandma Chloe was married to my Granddaddy (Poke) Norris when I was a child. I loved and kept a relationship with Grandma Chloe until her passing. I even had the privilege of meeting her husband Hal. Even though life has taken us all in different directions over the years, I have always kept my loving memories of Uncle Louie, Uncle Joey, and Aunt Karen.

I love you all and send hugs and prayers during this difficult time. May God comfort your hearts and ease your pain.

    Much Love,

    Lisa-Marie
