Louise Peppers

Services for Louise Peppers, 95, of Hooks, will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 4, 2007 at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Daingerfield, TX with Rev. U. Forte officiating. Burial will follow at Salem Cemetery, Linden, Texas under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. of Hughes Springs. Mrs. Peppers died Sunday, May 27, 2007 at a Mt. Pleasant hospital. She was born July 8, 1911 in Daingerfield, TX. She was a school teacher and retired from Hooks Independent School District and was a member of Salem Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband James E. Peppers. She is survived by her son, William L. Moore Peppers of Lone Star; sister, Dorothy Hurndon of Arlington, TX; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Viewing and visitation will be Sunday afternoon and evening at the funeral home.
