Marilee Ferrell Shaw was born September 11, 1942 and passed away September 13, 2021. Marilee was retired from Marion County Appraisal District. She loved fishing, camping and playing 42 at the cabin. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Shaw; parents, Dixie and Red McCord, and Homer Ferrell; sisters, Jean Nan Mitchell, Merle McCord Shaw and Virginia Caso; brothers, Sammy McCord and Windell McCord; great-grandson, Allen Winfree; and son-in-law, Mike Hopkins.

Marilee leaves behind four children and their spouses, Gordon and Kathy Shaw of Shreveport, Luanne Hopkins of Hughes Springs, Judy and Johnny Davis of Pittsburg, Mark and LaVern Shaw of Mt. Pleasant; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; numerous great great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Kathy McCord; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Services for Ms. Shaw will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 10, 2021 at Corinth Cemetery with Bro. Ricky Vestal officiating.
