Things are harder than you made them seem My heart stops in the light of the truth It is hard to handle in my state of youth. You still live on in my heart and in others. As a wonderful, caring sister, aunt, mother and grandmother. Its not easy to let you go and move on. All I can think about now is that your are gone. You were always there when I needed you, When there were tough times, you helped me through. I promised myself that I would not cry But I cried so much now that my eyes are dry. When I think of you, I will always smile, You made my life forever worth the while. My tears mean to comfort me, but they never do. It seems the only thing that works is being around you. I want you to know that I will always love you And I know you will always love me too! ...Katie Golden
