Michelle Lea Phelps, 43, of Linden, TX went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 26, 2017.On October 11, 1974 a sweet baby girl was born to Don and Joan Phelps. Michelle was born in Sherman, TX and grew up in Linden, TX. She loved to sing whether it be with family, choirs or solos. Michelle loved to be around her family and friends, but most of all she loved her kittens (babies) Allison and Angel. She was very determined and worked hard to obtain her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology. She also was representative for Avon and loved the relationship with her customers.
She is survived by her loving parents Don and Joan Phelps; sisters and brothers-in-law, Tammy and Gary Wells, Patti and Joe Foreman; uncles and aunts, Charles Phelps, Gene and Mary Ella Phelps, Peggy Everitt and Larry Graham, Billy Baker; nephews and nieces, Chris and Kristina Wells, Cliff Wells, Blake and Haley Hall, Ashley and Cory Motley, and Will Hall; great nephews, Logan Burks, Levi Wells and Mason Motley; and countless cousins, extended family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents; Wiley and Evelyn Graham, D.W. and Lena Mae Phelps; uncles and aunts, Robert Graham, Frankie Baker, Jo Betty Phelps, and cousin Sherri Phelps Proctor.
Services will be 2:00 Monday, October 30, 2017 at First Baptist Church in Linden with Bro. Bryan Baggett, Bro. Dwayne Lemmon and Bro. Charles Russell officiating.
There will be a private family burial at Linden Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Sunday evening at the funeral home.
