Funeral services for Mrs. Patsy Collins, age 75, will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2023, in the chapel of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Ore City, with Pastor Robbie Caldwell officiating.  Burial will follow at Ore City Cemetery, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Ore City.  There will be a time of visitation one hour prior to service time Wednesday at the funeral home.

Patsy Marie Collins was born in Texarkana, Texas, on January 15, 1949, to Roland and Geneva (Wommack) Shaw.  She went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 13, 2024.  She attended elementary school through high school in Naples, Texas. She was retired but worked in customer service for 40+ years in the aerodynamics industry. Patsy was an avid Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, and Dallas Mavericks fan and loved watching her grandchildren play immensely and enjoyed family get-togethers.

She is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Stanley R. Collins, Jr.; son and daughter-in-law, Bryan and Lisa Anderson; daughter Shanda Anderson-Holley; sons, Bradley Anderson, Anthony “Brent” Anderson and Stan “Ray” Collins and daughter and son-in-law Chrystal & Adrian Leffler. Sisters and brother and in-laws, Ronald & Lori Shaw, Judy and Rex Ranes, Carolyn Campbell, and Janice and Norman Winter. Patsy had 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces and other family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Roland and Geneva Shaw; and father & mother-in-law, Stanley Collins Sr. and Margaret Collins; sister-in-law, Paula Fulton, and brother-in-law, Scott Collins.
