LINDEN Funeral services for Robert Carl Hodge, 56, of Linden will be at 2:30 P.M., Tuesday June 8, 2010 at Pinecrest Baptist Church with Dr. Bryan Baggett, Bro. Jay Shepherd and Bro.Ernest Hodge officiating. Burial will be in Bear Creek Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis-Schindler Funeral Home, Inc. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Hodge was born in Plaquemine, LA to Bobby and Melba Jean Watson Hodge on November 2, 1953. He passed away at his residence in Linden, Saturday, June 5, 2010. He was a construction worker, served in the Army and was a Baptist. He is survived by his parents, Bobby and Melba Hodge of Linden, one nephew, William Isaac Hoff of Victoria, TX; two great nephews, Jeremiah Hoff and Bobby Eugene Hoff of Victoria, TX; and one great niece, Jaylen Marie Hoff of Victoria, TX . He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.
