Funeral services for Ruby Tee Davis, 91, of Ohio, formerly of Cason will be 11 AM, Saturday, January 29, 2011 at Shady Grove Baptist Church in Cason with Rev. Eddie Burns, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery in Cason under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. Mrs. Davis was born on October 24, 1919 in Morris County, TX to Gus and Pearl Woods and passed away on January 20, 2011 in Ohio. Survivors include her daughters Ethel Fomby, Patricia Edwards, Elaine Moody all of Columbus, OH and Linda Johnson of Longview, TX; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; one brother Bob Woods of Arlington, TX; one sister Charlesetta Brackns of Dallas, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years George Davis; one son Willie Glen Davis; five brothers; two sisters. Visitation will be on Friday, January 28th afternoon and evening at the funeral home in Hughes Springs.
