  5. Dear Family,I have been in touch with Sandy over the last few months and I am sorry that opportunity is no longer possible. Sandy and I worked together in sp.ed. when Sandra Mayes was the director. We had lunch together, talked about family, gave and received advice, and shared a special bond. We have had lunch together on a few visits when she visited Irving and I will miss those. Most of all I will miss that delightful smile and laugh. I know that she is sharing that now with those gone before her and that she is no longer in pain, for which I am thankful. My sincerest sympathy to all of you. Thank you for sharing Sandy with me.
