Henry, I’m so sorry. Sonya was such a beautiful soul. She will be so missed. She was someone I’ve always admired and cherished. Such a good friend. I pray God’s love will help with your healing and her memories will comfort you.
Family, I am sorry for your loss: Almighty God tells us that He will keep comforting us as a mother comforts her son and that He will swallow up death forever, and will wipe away the tears from all faces (Isaiah 66:13; 25:8, 9). I hope this true hope comforts your present
God bless you all

Mr. Brookshire and family. My mother Ruby (Tot) Boyd worked for your family many years ago. I’m the youngest that would sometimes come with her if out of school ill. Mrs. Brookshire was always a nice lady who always tried to make me feel better. I remember her letting me lay in your living room and listen to your albums on the stereo. We lost mother May 4th of this year at 95 years of age. We would often talk about when you lived on "Annette" (my street) π May God ease your pain to know that Mrs. Brookshire is in the arms of our savior and at peace. May his warmth surround each of you and remind you that one day you will see her again.
